Coconut Yogurt Popsicles (Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free)

A delicious sweet and tangy dairy-free, sugar-free coconut popsicle treat!
Serves: 6
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (I like Anita's Creamline Coconut Yogurt)
  • ½ cup raw coconut water ( I like Harmless Harvest)
  • ¼ water
  • ¼ tsp. stevia powder
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut water or plain water
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a measuring cup and pour into molds.
  3. Add sticks to each mold.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
  5. When ready to remove from mold, run the tips and sides of the mold under hot water for a few seconds to easily remove popsicles.
