Paleo Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

Serves: 1
  • 1¼ cup water or unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop bone broth collagen (I used vital proteins)
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup (add more if you have a sweet tooth)
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 shakes of cinnamon powder
  • 1 packed teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 packed teaspoon coconut butter with a little runneth over
  1. Microwave water or plant-based on high for 2 minutes. I like unsweetened coconut milk or spring water.
  2. Add all ingredients to the mug and mix with a fork thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy after it cools.
  4. Serves 1.
