Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cup cantaloupe ripe, packed
  • 2 tablespoon avocado ripe, heaping
  • 4-5 strawberries frozen
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seed butter unsweetened, heaping
  • 1 scoop collagen unflavored, Vital Proteins
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 handful spinach optional boost, small handful or medium-sized

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
  • Blast on high till well blended and smooth
  • Add ice and blend again
  • Serve with a straw. If it's too warm, pour the smoothie over ice. Add it to the freezer for 15 minutes and serve.

Notes

If you do not have a high-speed blender first add the water and spinach.  Then add the rest of the ingredients in increments // I love Vital Proteins for my source of Collagen // If you add the spinach boost know that your smoothie will turn green or vomit color.  Regardless it's AMAZING either way!  You'll taste nothing but cantaloupe / ALSO if you want to make this smoothie extra thick use coconut culinary milk low fat or full fat.
