Ingredients

Ya Basic but Delicious Hot Cocoa Recipe

  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter not the oil part
  • 1 pinch pink salt or sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup pure
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder gluten-free

Easy Superfood Hot Cocoa Recipe

  • 1 ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup pure
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides I like Vital Proteins, Unflavored
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cocoa powder cacao powder

Pumpkin Spice Superfood Hot Cocoa

  • 1 ⅓ cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree or pumpkin pie puree
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides I like Vital Proteins
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup pure

Instructions

  • Pour filtered spring water or plant-based milk of choice into a large microwavable mug and heat for 1 ½ minutes. {set the microwave to heat for 1:50}
  • Add all dry ingredients and whisk till fully immersed and well blended.
  • Add remaining liquid ingredients and whisk again.
  • Let cool and enjoy. Optional: Add a few drops of CBD oil to your warm beverage and sit back and relax. Have your whisk nearby in case you need to mix your drink before you sip.

Notes

I used So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk for my choice of milk // I used Hershey Powder instead of cacao powder // I use organic spices, like Simply Organic Nutmeg
Don’t use artificial maple syrup! // I use Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides because it's my fav // Collagen and CBD are optional and do not need to be added in case you are a vegan.  //  And let's say you can't use coconut milk, don't fret - Use whatever milk floats your boat //
