Easy Gluten-Free Banza Pasta Marinara is the answer to gluten-free comfort food!  Finally, a pasta that holds its shape and one that tastes really good.  Banza's texture is al dente and tastes like the real deal and made from chickpeas!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Banza pasta your shape of choice
  • 1 jar Rao's Marinara sauce size: standard jar
  • 3-4 cups shredded Brussel Sprout
  • a few shakes Dried Oregano
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh curly parsley optional

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package, strain and set aside.
  • n a saute pan over medium heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and shredded Brussels Sprouts until they are slightly browned and cooked through.
  • While your Brussels Sprouts are cooking, get ready to warm up your sauce either in a microwave or on the stovetop over low/medium heat, covered until fully heated.
  • Divide pasta into bowls, add a heaping amount of the Brussels Sprouts on top, pour as much sauce as you would like and garnish with dried Oregano or fresh chopped parsley.
