5-Minute Citrus Guacamole {gf, vegan}

Within 5 minutes you can have deliciously savory citrus guacamole!  Made with whole food ingredients including cilantro, fresh avocados, grapefruit flesh, and pumpkin seeds.  A healthy snack for any time of the day.

Grapefruit Citrus Guacamole - SOS free

  • 1 medium-sized ripe avocado
  • 1-2 wedges grapefruit juice
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds , raw, unsalted
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro organic

Classic Citrus Guacamole

  • 1 medium-sized ripe avocado
  • ½ small-sized lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 handful unsalted pumpkin seeds organic, raw
  • tsp pink salt or sea salt
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped


  • In a medium-sized bowl first, remove the flesh from the avocado shell and mash it with a fork or fondant roller until you have your desired consistency.
  • Then add the citrus, followed by the pumpkin seeds, followed by the salt and lastly the cilantro. Stir until blended and serve with chips or veggies.


  • By squeezing lime juice or lemon juice on the guacamole leftovers, it will prevent from browning!
  • Have leftover avocado still in the shell?  By leaving the pit inside the avocado it keeps it from turning brown.  And if there is brown it's a small layer that can be taken off.
