Sometimes you need additional resources to help you get where you need to go on your journey. That's why I compiled some of the greatest gluten-free resources and all the schools, the courses I took and some discounts onto this very page!
There is nothing I would have loved more than having additional resources when I had to go gluten-free. Believe it or not, when I was diagnosed, there weren't as many options as there are now, and even now, it is always hard in the beginning and it can be very overwhelming during the transition. It's difficult to learn everything all at once. I definitely had my moments of trial and error and learning along the way. Who knew there could be wheat in Play-doh? or in Twizzlers or even in paint?! And who knew that even though waiter's told you the fries were gluten-free, they were fried in the same oil as other breaded fried options and therefore were NOT gluten-free?! Going gluten-free and figuring out where hidden gluten lies or which products have gluten is hard. These are easy rookie mistakes for newbies and in the beginning, you may not know the answer to all of your own questions off the bat. That's natural and totally ok!
And what if you have a Non-Celiac Sensitivity? or an Intolerance to Gluten? Celiac Disease has a large pot of symptoms, and every person that has Celiac Disease or a Sensitivity may experience completely different symptoms which is why it is so hard to diagnose.
