Soul Talk: Your Flaws

Sharing is caring!

If thoughts like "not feeling good enough" or "worrying that your flaws will hinder you from becoming your best self " run through your mind on a hamster wheel, then learning how to feel like you are good enough just as you are is a muscle you will need to build.  Ready?

soul talk your flaws

Hello friends!  This is a happy reminder to remember that YOU.  ARE.  AWESOME.  PERIOD.

You may be in the midst of your healing journey or in the middle or just at the beginning - Wherever you are on this journey know that where you are doesn't make you any less whole.

Let me repeat.  You are not broken.  You are whole.

You may not be able to do everything as fast.  Or handle and juggle many things at once like you used to.  And you may not be able to do any of it, and maybe you can do all of it.  Accept whatever "that" for you is.  And know that everything is okay.  This is your body, your time, your speed.

Every single body on this planet is different.  And bio-individuality plays a huge role here.  The concept of Bio-Individuality was first presented to me at my school the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  The idea was that anyone and everyone can react, process and have illness differently.  The Bio-individuality concept is the opposite of the "one size fits all" concept.  Remember this.

Remember that we love, live, HEAL, career, friend, family, feel joy, happiness, and sadness differently.  That doesn't make you, us, me any less whole.  You are still perfect just as you are.  Embrace everything that you are my love.

2 Tips to Loving Your Flaws

  • Dancing.  Dance to your favorite song, your favorite band, a song you remember well and sing and dance it out in your own way and on your own time.  This will get your juices flowing and dancing will elevate you, your vibe and your confidence.  (with or without your headphones).  Don't have a playlist you love?  Check out my Spotify mixes for grooving.
  • Listen to a spiritual podcast and get groovy with going deep!  Definitely check out The Balanced Blonde Soul on Fire Podcast for elevating as well as The Spirit Guided Life Podcast by Alex Levy.  Serious gems here!
