Cucumber Pear Juice is one of the most refreshing and sweet green juices of all time!  It tastes like pear fruit.  It's a light juice that will satisfy your sweet tooth while giving you a boost of hydration.  In fact, you may even gulp it down.  Just 3 simple ingredients if you count water.

Light, breezy, soft, crisp, and a delight.  An odd combo and who would have thought to pair the two but I think I am in love with this flavor combo and so will you.  A whole lot of cucumber and a small amount of very ripe pear becomes the perfect match.  Pear is so sweet when ripe that a little goes a LONG way.  When the pear is juiced it's SWEETER if you can believe it.

So here's what happened to me:  I have chronic food sensitivities and a lot of them.  And I am often asked, "what do you eat?"  And I often say "well, I'm a food blogger".  Meaning I get really creative.  I find ways to make things work and I experiment OFTEN with different flavor profiles.

The mindset change is: If you cannot have "said food" or "said 40 foods", you are going to have to find other foods that work for you.  You are going to have to get creative and be experimental.  This is how you nourish yourself.  And that is how I created this beautiful pear and cucumber juice recipe combo.  I have to tell you I'm so glad I did!  I'd serve it to guests in a heartbeat.  Had I not had food sensitivities I never would have thought to "PEAR" the two together (ha).

I adore this juice with brunch or as an afternoon hydrating pick-me-up.  Always on the rocks with a straw.  Ooh!  Tastes so good!

The best time to make this juice is when pear is in season because that is when a pear is at its best.  And, organic cucumbers are coming at you with all the hydration and hair mineral Silica.  Silica is a premium mineral for hair growth and hair health so don't forget to eat your cucumbers!  And get this!  Sometimes when you think you are hungry, or tired you are actually thirsty.  So let this juice be your cure.

Ready to make beautiful music together?

Green Juice Tips:

I made my juices in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix or Nutribullet and then use a nut milk bag to strain the mixture.  I've had juicers, they are large and messy, hard to clean.  I prefer the simple extra step of using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, and this is actually my favorite method.

Notes

I made my juices in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix or Nutribullet and then use a nut milk bag to strain the mixture.  I've had juicers, they are large and messy, hard to clean.  I prefer the simple extra step of using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, and this is actually my favorite method.  //  It is always best to use organic in juices.  So if the cucumber is organic then use the skin, if it's not organic peel it. //

Not a fan of a pear?  I won't force you to try it.  My 48-page e-book has 21 plant-based green juice recipes made with the most simple ingredients for every single season waiting for you to purchase.  I guarantee you'll find a juice recipe you'll love, and you don't even need a juicer.  Top That!
