Ripe, super ripe cantaloupe and NOT unripe cantaloupe which is what is usually served.
If you make sure it's super ripe you'll be surprised just how sweet the cantaloupe actually is while providing a super creamy base.

Dairy-Free Strawberry Cantaloupe Smoothie
- high-speed blender
- 1 ⅓ cup cantaloupe ripe, packed
- 2 tbsp avocado ripe, heaping
- 4-5 strawberries frozen
- 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter unsweetened, heaping
- 1 scoop collagen unflavored, Vital Proteins
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup water
- 1 handful spinach optional boost, small handful or medium-sized
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
- Blast on high till well blended and smooth
- Add ice and blend again
- Serve with a straw. If it's too warm, pour the smoothie over ice. Add it to the freezer for 15 minutes and serve.
