It's the Summer of 2013, and it marks the day of my first smoothie video on youtube. I filmed it, I shot it, I edited it. It's called How To Make a Green Smoothie and we go step-by-step. It was so fun doing something I was so incredibly nervous to do. However, I felt I had to shoot this smoothie video so I could show you how easy smoothies can be. How nutritious they are, and how some foods mask the tastes so you can get all the good veggies and nutrients into your body.

If you've been reading along you know that I ADORE making smoothies. I fell in love with the concept of liquid nutrition when I was studying holistic nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The idea that we can give our digestion a break, and flood nutrients into our bodies while drinking a shake that tastes like chocolate was something I was quite intrigued by. And the idea that we can put so many veggies into one smoothie and not taste a thing but goodness was wild.
