The healing journey is mighty long without support and that is why I LOVE reading Wellness blogs. Wellness Blogs are one of my favorite ways to stay up to date with all things health, healing, diets, wellness, and spiritual self-care practices! You'll find free recipes, healing tips, community stories and more from people that have experienced exactly what you have been going through.
Blogs are blessings. I've been reading and following blogs since 2006 when I was diagnosed with Celiac. I needed answers, help, hope and tutorials, how-tos. I had just joined the Celiac gluten-free community and while I was determined, I was also a bit lost. That is where my love for blogs started. I got to read other people's honest stories, how they started, what they were diagnosed with and how they climbed out of that dark hole and changed their lives. I was intrigued. Then when I went back to school for nutrition I was opened up to wellness blogs. Everything I could ever ask for and all things healthy! This was a way I could help myself heal by combining clean eating and gluten-free living.
I devoured wellness blogs and found so much hope communicating with these people that I MUST tell you about them because you should be following them too. And these days there are so many ways between Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, podcasts, courses, Youtube, blogs, Snapchat, newsletters, more you have tons of ways to access your favorite bloggers.
My advice? Get on their newsletters, which makes it so much easier to access everything plus you'll get special attention being on their newsletter because that is just the way newsletters role.
