Soul Talk: Body Positivity

If you are going to start loving your body it must come from you and not from someone else.  You must love yourself first.  So start with you.  This glorious woman that stands before your eyes, see her and high five her!  She is you.

Embrace your inner authentic woman, unlock your body positive nature and love your body.  It's the only one you have.

You are a glorious body of magic.

Look at yourself.

Stand tall.

Every morning repeat this mantra "As a soul choosing a human body I did mighty fine!"

Listen, we've all been there not loving our own bodies, but do you think if God made you this way there was a reason for it?  If we were meant to be perfect, or better then "this", wouldn't we have been created that way by the holy creator?

It's time to start erasing negative body talk and embracing what we are, what we've got and move into the present instead of hanging out in the past, with the past story we've been telling ourselves.  Move from it.

Starting with a daily mantra will help you move your mindset.  It won't work at first.  It takes time and dedication.  Nothing crazy like hours of studying, more like building your awareness muscle so you can learn to shift from a negative perception of yourself.

Start tracking how you feel after repeating this beautiful mantra on a daily morning basis.
