Soul Talk: Healing Illness

In order to heal, you must reveal that there is something to heal in the first place.  In order to fully heal and learn to manage your own condition/s you have to accept that you have "said" condition/s, even if it's just stress or something you think is small.  If it is affecting you it is big enough that it needs your attention.

In order to heal you must surrender to the fact that "here" is where you are even if "here" is not where you thought you'd be.  Here you are.  And Here is great!

Because you cannot possibly heal what you don't accept, can you now?  Think about it.  And get on board with your healing.  If you don't know what that means, my simple 4 step process below should help guide you.

Break out your journal because you're going to need time and space to write.  And just free flow write and see what comes up on paper.

The first step:

Recognize what you want to heal.

The second step:

Accept that you have this condition/s and some things will be different.  Different is not bad.  It is a new normal.  Respect this.

The third step:

Check in with yourself daily, hourly with positive affirmation cards to help you through this!  My favorite cards The Universe Has Your Back positive affirmation cards.  I also will always love Miracles now positive affirmation cards.

The fourth step:

Take action accordingly, and stop shaming yourself in the process.

One of my favorite books for teaching you this four-step process is May Cause Miracles by Gabby Bernstein.  Such a good one!!!
