Soul Talk: Your Energy and Where You Put It

Where are you putting your energy?  Is it going towards your negative self-view of yourself?  That voice that creeps in and says you can't heal, that you can't move forward?  Or are you channeling your energy into goodness, joy, and curiosity that will lead to a frequency of good positive vibe thoughts?

It's not something we often think about but in order to curate changes and channel an elevated frequency into our lives, we need to look, re-think, pivot and change often.  We have to channel our energy into what we are becoming, NOT what we lack, or what we are not enough of.

Let me repeat:

In order to curate changes and channel an elevated frequency into our lives, we need to look, re-think, pivot and change often.  We have to channel our energy into what we are becoming, NOT what we lack, or what we are not enough of.

Where Do You Stand Roadmap:

  1. Get your butt over to Spotify or Apple Itunes and download/listen to the Mediation Artist Jai-Jagdeesh
  2. Sit in meditation for 2-5 minutes / Breath through your nose and out through your mouth, palms up.  Even if you don't know how to meditate, sitting still and in silence will due.  All we want you to do is get still so you can let inspiration infuse into your bloodstream.
  3. After 5 minutes begin to open your eyes to your surroundings
  4. Then ask yourself honestly where you stand.  There is no judgment here and certainly no shame.  This exercise is purely for you so you can figure out where you are on your path.
  5. From there decide what your next move is going to be
  6. Not 10 moves.  Not 20 moves and not a lifetime of moves.  Just one next move
  7. Then channel all your beautiful energy there
