I don’t think I could ever live without dessert. And I know you’re thinking the same thing. Duh!
When I was diagnosed Celiac in 2006 my big brainstorm was to get in the kitchen. And I did. Then when I developed bouts of chronic health conditions I had to change my diet again, this time even more drastic. And again my big brainstorm was to get in the kitchen, on top of that learn new healthy substitutes and get creative. And so I did.
I still eat dessert all the time.
But this time it’s done with whole, clean gluten-free ingredients. Many are nut-free. Most are vegan. Some are Paleo. All are refined sugar-free.
